At Peacock Pole Art we welcome all fitness levels! All of our regular pole classes are mixed levels, so anyone can attend any regular pole class on the schedule.

You may wear workout clothes, but always a good idea to bring shorts and a yoga mat. No fresh lotion or oil before class. Please remove jewelry and rings before poling.

Studio Policies

YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR YOUR CLASS AT LEAST 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE, BUT THE EARLIER THE BETTER!

If no one signs in two hours prior, then the class is cancelled. We only allow 8 people per class, so please sign in as early as possible to reserve your spot. We seldom accept walk-ins, but certain scenarios apply. Pre-registering for class is the best way to ensure your spot in class. We are kid friendly as long as you or others are not being distracted from the class. All Sales FINAL.

Cancellations; You must cancel your class at least 3 hours advance in order to use the class at a later time.

Pole Dance/Fitness

Our classes consist of a pole and body weight fitness warm up, followed by individual pole tasks.

 We capitalize on pole tricks, dance, artistry to choreography around the pole. All classes are mixed levels, so we welcome first timers to seasoned polers in any class we have on schedule.

Elastica Contortion

Get bendy like elastic! This class consists of a pre-stretch warm up to get the muscles prepared, then proceed to stretch for flexibility. The long term goals in these classes are to achieve extreme flexibility and contortion poses such as squared front splits and oversplits, side splits, needle scale, forearm stands, back bends etc. All levels of flexibility welcome, from extreme novice to advanced. Must pre register for class minimum 2 hours in advance.

Hardcore Strength Building for Pole

Nadia Robinson leads this Russian style strength training session. We begin the warm up with some body weight exercises that prepare the body for the upper body and core training to make your poling/ yoga/aerial/gymnastics, sky rocket to the next level. We also capitalize on active strength and flexibility work to improve kicks and splits. Expect to be sore, and get your butt kicked in this class! 

Intermediate Elastica Choreography and Stretching

This intermediate 90 minute session consists of choreography on and in between the poles and some split stretches to get you more limber.

Beginner Pole and Choreo Routines with Nichole

Join Nichole in this once a week class that focuses on fun choreography routines with beginner pole tricks and accents. Get ready to add some booty shaking and low flow choreo into your repertoire of pole material.

Memberships

Memberships are available, but two 8 class passes must be completed before we allow someone to sign up for a monthly auto pay contract. If you are ready to put in work and make pole a lifestyle, membership may be just what you are looking for! Membership allows one to attend 3 pole classes per week along with Elastica Contortion and Hardcore Strength building! 5 classes per week ranging from $70-$125 per month depending on length of contract.
